When you answer the phone in the office say your name

This has been happening more and more lately. It is almost like they do not want to admit who they are on the phone because they think they are going to get blamed for something. I think when someone answers an office line and they say the Name of the Company that they should also say their name. It really irks me when I always have to guess who I am speaking with especially when it is a company that I pay significant amount of money to in order to take care of business. It is just customer service and it should be part of the routine when you answer the phone. I do not want to try to figure out who I am talking to just say XYZ Company, Dawn Speaking how may I help you. It makes it easier on the caller so they know who you are and it makes it easier that you do not have to waste time telling them that you are not Ann, not Jamie oh yes I am Jane. So please answer the phone and just say who is speaking it would help tremendously!
