You Irk Me Things That Irk or Annoy Us

I know that a lot of my posts are all about things that irk me while driving but I seem to be on the road with the crazy people or maybe I am the one who is crazy. Anyway when I am driving into work every morning my daughter and I get off at a particular exit where the left two lanes have arrows to turn left onto the main road however no one pays attention. It is really dangerous when you think you are clear to turn left and the person in the left most lane decides that he can go into either of the two lanes on the road we are both turning on to. Please pay attention when there are two turning lanes because that means the left lane should go into the left most lane and the right lane that is supposed to turn left also will have to go into the right lane on the road you are turning onto. It is really not safe to just assume that I am going straight because my directional is on and you were next to me to see that my directional was on and if you were driving defensively you would pay attention to the cars around you and realize there are two turning lanes. Even though my lane can go straight or turn left does not mean I will go straight all the time. So PLEASE WATCH WHERE YOU ARE GOING WHEN TURNING AND STAY IN THE CORRECT LANE!

Ok so this really irks me. Have you ever been driving behind someone and they have their directional on and it has been on for miles? I would like to know if leaving it on makes them happy or is it because they like to annoy the person behind them. There are many times which they can turn and redeem themselves but they don’t.

Are they going to make that right hand turn or not? Should I go around them? Can’t they see the directional flashing on their dashboard? Can’t they hear it? Have they ever taken driver training? They really need to pay attention to important defensive driving techniques because it means you are going to turn if your directional is on! It seems they are in their own little world. Are they going to turn or not…. Oh maybe not. Now are they going to turn or not….This is especially annoying when driving in a multi-lane highway. If I want to move to another lane I am worried that they might finally want to turn and cause me to get in an accident. So please everyone turn your directional off if you are not going to turn or change lanes.
